Region 4 spans the heart of Illinois, including the counties of Hancock, Adams, Schuyler, Brown, Cass, Menard, Logan, DeWitt, Piatt, Douglas, Edgar, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Effingham, Shelby, Moultrie, Macon, Christian, Montgomery, Sangamon, Morgan, Macoupin, Greene, Jersey, Calhoun, Scott, Pike, and Perry. Across these communities, young people face pivotal moments and challenges that shape their futures.

We believe every person deserves the tools, knowledge, and support to make informed choices. "Recovery Starts Here" is a call to action for individuals across Region 4 to take charge of their decisions, embrace their potential, and build a brighter tomorrow.

• Stress and Anxiety: Without healthy coping mechanisms, youth may turn to harmful alternatives.

Region 4 Representative: 

Chicago Recovering Communities Coalition (CRCC) is a nonprofit Recovery Community Organization, and our mission is to provide evidence-based peer recovery support services to individuals seeking recovery from alcohol, drugs, and mental illness. We are a peer-driven and peer-led and member of the Faces & Voices Association of Recovery Community Organizations (ARCO).  CRCC serves the Chicago metropolitan area in northeastern Illinois, including Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.
