This Visitor Policy establishes guidelines for managing visitors to CRCC premises, ensuring safety, security, and a professional environment for both visitors and employees.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:

  • All visitors to CRCC facilities

  • Employees hosting visitors

  • Temporary contractors

  • Vendors and service providers

  • Guests attending meetings or events

3. Check-In and Registration
3.1 Mandatory Registration

  • All visitors must register at the reception desk

  • Visitors must present a valid government-issued ID

  • Temporary visitor badges will be issued upon registration

3.2 Registration Process

  • Provide full name

  • Purpose of visit

  • Host employee's name

  • Expected duration of visit

  • Sign visitor log and confidentiality agreement

4. Visitor Guidelines
4.1 Accompaniment

  • Visitors must be accompanied by a CRCC employee at all times

  • The hosting employee is responsible for the visitor's conduct

4.2 Restricted Areas

  • Access to certain areas is strictly controlled

  • Visitors are prohibited from entering:

    • Server rooms

    • Research and development labs

    • Sensitive administrative areas

    • Production floors (without explicit authorization)

4.3 Confidentiality

  • Visitors must maintain strict confidentiality

  • Photography, recording, and unauthorized information sharing are prohibited

  • Confidentiality agreements may be required

5. Safety and Conduct
5.1 Safety Requirements

  • Comply with all safety instructions

  • Wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE) when required

  • Follow emergency evacuation procedures

  • Report any safety concerns immediately

5.2 Conduct Expectations

  • Maintain professional behavior

  • Respect workplace policies

  • Do not interfere with employee work activities

  • No smoking, eating, or drinking in restricted areas

6. Technology and Communication Devices
6.1 Device Policy

  • Personal electronic devices may be restricted in certain areas

  • Visitor Wi-Fi access may be provided with limited permissions

  • Devices may be subject to security screening

7. Health and Wellness
7.1 Health Screening

  • Visitors may be required to complete health screenings

  • Proof of vaccination or negative test results might be requested

  • Temperature checks may be conducted

7.2 Illness Policy

  • Visitors with symptoms of contagious illness are not permitted

  • If illness is detected during visit, the visitor will be asked to leave

8. Parking and Transportation

  • Visitors enter CRCC premises at their own risk

  • CRCC is not liable for personal injury or property damage

  • Visitors may be required to provide proof of insurance

11. Policy Violations
Failure to comply with this Visitor Policy may result in:

  • Immediate escort from the premises

  • Prohibition of future visits

  • Potential legal action
